With a retail footprint of more than 36 physical and online stores across Africa, we provide expert advice, Apple Authorised Repairs, Business, Education, training, and technical support for anything and everything Apple.
We are looking for tech-savvy, retail-oriented individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team.
Role: iStore Sales Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, your main responsibility is to maximize sales opportunities in the iStore. You will ensure that all customers receive hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology and services. Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs, presenting complete solutions, and creating memorable experiences are key aspects of this role.
We will equip you with all the necessary knowledge and tools related to our iStore products to help you succeed.
This role is suitable for someone seeking flexibility and not a full-time position. It is a casual capacity role, ideal for those who thrive on teamwork and delivering excellent customer service.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric certificate or equivalent
Some sales experience, preferably in retail, or strong product knowledge
Passion for technology products
