Position: 4 Care Workers Needed Asap
Location: Springs
We are seeking a care assistant who is able to provide the highest possible level of care to our residents during the night. An ability to ensure residents’ dignity and individuality is maintained at all times is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team. Previous experience in the care of older people is preferred but not essential, as training will be given.
Our care homes promote a culture of mutual support and reward employees’ efforts. You will be provided with support and coaching to grow in your role through opportunities and challenges. Ideally, but not essentially, you will have experience in a nursing home environment, working to a high standard along with a passion for the care you provide.
Your passion and attitude towards providing care for people is as important to us as any qualification. We ask that you treat people with care, compassion, dignity, and respect; basically as you would your own family. If you are this individual, we would love to hear from you.
