A well-known and respected car rental company is looking for a professional, customer-focused, and energetic Car Rental Agent to join their busy Airport branch.
This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. Job Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales, hospitality, or car rental environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong administrative and computer literacy skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude
- Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Valid driver’s licence (essential)
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Clear criminal record and sober habits
- Contactable references
