Job Description :
Alpha Direct is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Service Agent-Entry Level. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, processing insurance applications, and assisting with policy renewals and claims processing. Responsibilities :
– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person – Assist customers in choosing the right insurance products based on their needs – Process insurance applications accurately and efficiently – Assist with policy renewals and premium payments – Handle claims processing and follow-up with customers as needed – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions – Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings Requirements :
– Minimum of grade 11 or Matric qualification – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Strong customer service orientation – Ability to work independently and as part of a team – Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Previous experience in insurance or customer service is a plus
