  • Role Description

We are seeking a highly reliable, detail-oriented Cannabis Field Auditor & Compliance Inspector to conduct comprehensive on-site facility assessments and product evaluations. In this role, you will act strictly as an independent evaluator—visiting cultivation and manufacturing facilities to execute standardized audits, verify operational compliance, and assess product quality using our strict SOPs.

The ideal candidate possesses a sharp eye for detail, deep technical cultivation knowledge, and the ability to look past the surface to identify hidden operational, biological, or regulatory risks before they impact the supply chain.

Note: This is a strict auditing and data-collection role; no consulting or advisory services will be provided to the farms.

Key Responsibilities

  • On-Site Facility Audits: Conduct thorough walkthrough inspections of cultivation and processing facilities utilizing our proprietary auditor forms and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Risk Identification: Proactively detect hidden risks, operational bottlenecks, pest/pathogen pressures, or compliance gaps that may not be immediately obvious.
  • Data & Asset Collection: Accurately gather operational metrics and capture standardized, high-quality photographic evidence of crop health, facility infrastructure, and inventory.
  • Product Assessment: Perform objective, hands-on evaluations of cannabis flower and derivative products based on quality, consistency, and market readiness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a professional, objective liaison on the farm, utilizing excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust and rapport while maintaining auditing integrity.
  • Reporting: Compile and deliver clear, unbiased, and honest post-visit data summaries to support our supply chain decisions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Technical Expertise: Strong, verifiable knowledge of cannabis cultivation methodologies, plant pathology, and product manufacturing processes.
  • Risk Assessment: A proven knack for identifying hidden vulnerabilities in facility design, biosecurity, or crop management.
  • Compliance Standards: Solid working knowledge of GACP (Good Agricultural and Collection Practices), GMP, and EU-GMP guidelines.
  • Regulatory Acumen: Familiarity with both local regional frameworks and global cannabis export/import regulations.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a proven ability to engage diverse operators while maintaining firm professional boundaries.
  • Core Values: Absolute reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness are non-negotiable. You must be comfortable working independently and delivering completely unbiased reporting.
