Otto Results is a B2B cold email agency that treats cold email as a marketing channel. We build wide, well-crafted campaigns for clients in SaaS, professional services, and finance – reaching tens of thousands of the right people with a single quality touch, instead of hammering small lists with five-step follow-ups. We're scaling fast, and we've invested heavily in AI-augmented workflows so our operators can run real books of business with leverage.
The role
You'll own a book of client accounts end to end — strategy, execution, and results. This is a full-stack seat: ICP definition, list strategy, copy direction, QA, launching in EmailBison, and owning the client relationship. You're the single point of accountability for every campaign that ships under your name.
This is not a seat for someone who wants to spend their day clicking through sequences. It's for an operator – someone who can context-switch across a busy book without dropping a ball, who builds checklists instead of trusting their memory, and who treats leverage (AI, automation, process) as a tool they actively wield.
If you've run a big agency book before and felt the chaos of client work, you know the difference between someone who survives it and someone who thrives in it. We're looking for the second kind.
What you'll do
- Own client accounts end to end – strategy, execution, results
- Run our Copy Created → List Built → QA → Approved → Live workflow
- Define ICPs, angles, and campaign strategy with each client
- Direct AI-augmented workflows for list building, copy, and launch
- Configure and launch campaigns in EmailBison
- Lead all client communication: kickoffs, weekly updates, launch approvals, results reporting
- QA every campaign before it ships — the buck stops with you
- Flag account risks early and report to the founder on book health
What you need
- 3+ years at a cold email / outbound / lead gen agency, with proven experience running a large book of clients concurrently
- Ruthless organization — you use systems, not willpower
- Exceptional written English and client-facing communication
- Obsessive QA discipline — you find the errors other people miss
- Fluency with at least one sequencer (EmailBison, Smartlead, Instantly, Lemlist, etc.)
- Reliable 4–8 hour overlap with US business hours
- Genuine comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) as part of daily work
Nice to have
- EmailBison experience specifically
- Clay (list building, enrichment, Claygent)
- Make.com / Zapier
- Deliverability fundamentals (Google/Microsoft inbox setup, send ratios, warmup)
- Experience directing VAs or junior teammates
Compensation & logistics
- Full-time contractor, 40 hrs/week
- Remote — LATAM or South Africa preferred
- Compensation: $3k-$10K/month
