Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Content Management
:
Coordinate the setup of new marketing campaigns, ensuring final creative assets are prepared within a 48-hour window.
Platform Configuration
:
Accurately configure both digital and offline campaigns within internal systems, ensuring proper adjustments throughout their lifecycle.
Communication & Support
:
Act as a key point of contact throughout the campaign, providing prompt and professional responses to client or internal queries.
Project Oversight
:
Monitor the execution and progress of campaigns from initiation to completion, collaborating with relevant teams for precise delivery.
Business Flexibility
:
Support evolving team needs by taking on additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
Experience in B2B marketing, especially with UK and US clients, is advantageous but not essential.
Strong organizational skills, keen eye for detail, and ability to manage deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
Self-motivated, commercially aware, and confident working independently.
Flexibility to work with global teams and align with US business hours.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
Technologically proficient and quick to adapt to new tools or platforms.
Basic understanding of HTML is a bonus, but not required.
Additional language skills are a plus.
