We’re adding a full-time Campaign Development Associate in Burlingame to support a leading telecommunications campaign at community events and promotional locations throughout the area. As a Campaign Development Associate, you’ll put campaign messaging into practice, engage prospective customers, support sales and enrollment, and share field observations that help strengthen future outreach.
Responsibilities of the Campaign Development Associate
- Learn the goals, messaging, and customer audience behind each telecommunications campaign.
- Put campaign messaging into practice through in-person conversations while recognizing new sales opportunities.
- Observe the questions, interests, and objections that come up most often with different customer audiences.
- Adjust your communication approach while keeping campaign messaging accurate and sales conversations relevant.
- Turn campaign engagement into customer acquisition by guiding interested customers through sales and enrollment.
- Share field observations with other Campaign Development Associate team members to strengthen outreach, campaign execution, and sales performance.
Qualifications of the Campaign Development Associate
- Curious about why certain messages, campaigns, and approaches connect with different audiences.
- Confident communicator who enjoys finding different ways to present the same idea.
- Observant and able to recognize patterns in customer questions, interests, and reactions.
- Interested in marketing, communications, business, customer acquisition, or sales.

- Entry-level friendly; previous marketing, communications, promotional, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
