About The Job
- We are seeking highly motivated and sales-driven Call Centre Agents to promote and sell funeral cover products. The successful candidates will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable funeral cover solutions while achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote funeral cover products
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable cover options
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Accurately capture customer information and sales on the system
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Minimum Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Previous call centre or sales experience (funeral cover or insurance is an advantage)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy
