WE ARE HIRING – CALL CENTER AGENTS (JOHHANESBURG CBD)
1. Educational Background
Minimum: Matric / Grade 12
Advantage: NQF Level 4 or higher, especially in Business, Finance, or Customer Service
2.Experience
1–2 years in a call centre (inbound/outbound)
Background in credit solutions, debt recovery, collections, or financial services is a strong advantage
3. Technical Skills
Proficiency in:
CRM software
Call management systems
Microsoft Office (EXCEL)
4. Legal & Industry Knowledge
Basic understanding of:
National Credit Act (NCA)
Debt Counselling and Debt Review
Consumer Protection Act
POPIA compliance (handling personal data)
5. Communication Skills
Fluent in English; additional South African languages (Zulu, Xhosa,Tswana,Sotho Afrikaans, etc.) are a big plus
Clear verbal communication and strong written ability
Active listening and conflict resolution
6. Sales & Collections Abilities
Target-driven attitude
Ability to explain payment options, credit terms, or debt rehabilitation plans persuasively
7. Work Environment Requirements
Willingness to work shifts
Reliable internet (if hybrid/remote)
Quiet, distraction-free home environment (if WFH)

Pay: From R5Â 000,00 per month
