Position Overview:
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and potential customers. Your main responsibility will be to receive and handle all incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and complaints. You will be representing Global Policy Ltd. and will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer and handle incoming calls in a professional and timely manner.
– Provide accurate information and assistance to customers’ inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
– Follow
communication
processes, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency in customer interactions.
– Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the company’s database.
– Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues and complaints.
– Conduct
customer satisfaction
surveys and provide feedback to management on areas of improvement.
– Achieve and maintain set KPIs and targets.
– Handle escalated calls and complaints with
empathy

Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role.
– Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent
problem-solving
and
conflict resolution
skills.
– Ability to handle high volume calls, multitask, and work under pressure.
– Proficiency in using computer systems and applications.
– Knowledge of call centre operations and CRM systems is an asset.
– Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
