RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete daily call cycle and keep track of all orders on tracker-system as well as on the allocated Sales Rep’s call cycle
Follow up with relevant Sales Rep regarding clients who have not yet placed order
Achieve minimum Sales growth continuously
Develop sales opportunities and report those to the relevant Sales Rep and Manager
Ensure to balance the customer’s Sales vs Credits.
Assist with any back door issues
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships at all times
Respond to Sales enquiries, should there be any
Monitor Sales Rep’s orders throughout the day
Communicate timeously with management regarding Sales, Customers, Credits or any other issues
It is also expected of this position to keep the call cycle up to date and any documents related to the call cycle.
Ensure to obtain authorization numbers for Clients.
Process all customer sales orders
Upload all new client information onto the system

REQUIREMENTS:

2 – 5 years telesales experience (phoning and capturing of orders)
Excellent capturing skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills
Excellent customer service principles
Matric
Speak, read and write English and Afrikaans fluently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R6 000,00 – R8 000,00 per month
