Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in a call center environment (Live Chat transport is available during day and night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer queries via phone and/or live chat in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards.
