Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Call Center Agents to join our dynamic sales team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, engaging potential customers, and driving sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Present products/services and generate sales
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls
Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
Requirements:
Minimum 3-6 months call center experience (sales environment preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
Target-driven with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Matric (Grade 12) is an advantage
