Position: Call Center Agent – Training Provided

Our client is seeking a Music Intern to provide comprehensive administrative support.

The successful candidate will assist with various office tasks, sales order processing, and customer inquiries to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Secretarial Duties:Maintain and update various administrative records.

Office Management:Manage the purchasing and distribution of office consumables and liaise with service providers. Arrange and book internal travel as needed.

Sales and Stock Control:Process sales orders using Syspro. Manage consignment and stock lists. Arrange for the collection of orders.

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

Education:Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred

Certifications:Microsoft certifications and basic computer skills (preferred).

Technical Skills:Experience with Windows operating systems. Familiarity with Office 365.

Soft Skills:Strong time management and organizational abilities. Excellentcommunicationand customer service skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in ateam environment. Motivated andpositive attitude.
