Job Responsibilities:
Source and purchase goods and services according to company requirements.
Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
Maintain and manage supplier relationships.

Monitor inventory levels and reorder as necessary.
Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities.
Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies with suppliers.
Develop and implement purchasing strategies.
Manage the procurement budget effectively.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
CIPS will be advantageous.
Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Experience in managing supplier relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
