Job Requirements
The following criteria must be met by candidates applying for the above position:
Minimum of 10 years Butchery experience.
Minimum of 5 years Butchery Management experience.
Successfully managed a team of 10-15 people.
Must be able to work as a team and also independently.
Be able to achieve sales and gross profits.
Be able to achieve high standards in hygiene, cutting, packing, merchandising, and customer service.
Be able to develop and grow sales while controlling expenses.
Have basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Internet).
Have contactable references.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
