Thepurposeof this role is to shape and qualify opportunities for handoff to the Enterprise BD team. Responds to inbound leads generated via Partner events, Inside Sales, and campaigns to further qualify and evaluate for handoff.
Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business unit goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of media professionals, fostering acollaborativeand high-performance culture.
Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention througheffective communicationand service delivery.
Oversee the development and execution of media campaigns, ensuring they meet client expectations and deliver measurable results.
Monitor and analyze the performance of media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations foroptimization.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated and cohesive media strategies.
Drive new business development efforts, identifying and pursuingopportunities for growth.
Manage the business unit’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations, incorporating best practices into the business unit’s operations.
Report on the business unit’s performance tosenior management, providing regular updates and strategic recommendations.
