Duties:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons to students in an online setting based on CAPS Curriculum – FET Business Studies
- SACAI assessments are written
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences.
- Create and manage online course materials, including lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to support academic success.
- Facilitate interactive, collaborative online learning environments.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in education and online teaching methodologies.
- Maintain clear communication with students, parents, and colleagues to promote student wellbeing.
- Participate in professional development to continually enhance teaching skills.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree and PGCE or Bachelor of Education (FET Phase).
- SACE registration.
- Experience with SACAI is a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with online teaching platforms and technology.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
