Act as a key liaison, optimizing systems, training users, and ensuring seamless business operations.
Core Responsibilities
System Expertise: Master specific software, customize configurations, and stay updated on features to align with business needs.
Process Optimization: Streamline workflows, ensure compliance with policies, and enhance efficiency across departments.
Data & Reporting: Analyze data, create reports, and maintain data integrity for informed decision-making.
Training & Support: Train users, create documentation, and provide troubleshooting as a primary support contact.
Change Management: Support system rollouts, test updates, and advocate for improvements.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Bridge business and IT teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage financial recharges, track renewals, and monitor SLAs for operational continuity.
Key Skills
Fluent in French
1-3 Years experience in a similar role (Client Liaison Experience Preferred)
Deep knowledge of business processes and software systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
