A dynamic company in the fibre industry, is on a mission to revolutionize fibre rollouts in underserved communities across South Africa. We are looking for a Data Engineer / Systems Integration Specialist to join our high-performance team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Systems Integration & Automation – Build and maintain integrations between CRM platforms (Zoho + others), fibre network design tools, and operational platforms.
Data Engineering & BI – Design data pipelines, perform ETL tasks, and deliver analytics dashboards that inform executive decision-making.
CRM & Software Development – Customise and extend Zoho CRM and other platforms using Deluge, APIs, and automation tools.
Business Process Mapping – Understand fibre build workflows and digitise project management, inventory, contractor coordination, and QA systems.
API Development & Management – Build and maintain RESTful APIs to connect internal tools and third-party platforms.
What You Bring
3+ years’ experience as a Data Engineer / Business Analyst / Full-Stack Developer
Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and Zoho Flow
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or JavaScript
Solid grasp of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and integrations
Experience in telecom, construction, or infrastructure industries is a major plus
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions — and vice versa
High attention to detail, with a passion for clean code and well-structured systems
