Business Process Management (BPM) Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Management (BPM) Specialist with expertise in data analytics, process mining, SQL query language, and SAP ERP projects. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in analysing, optimising, and automating business processes to drive operational efficiency and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse, design, and optimize business processes using process mining tools and methodologies.
Utilise data analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
Develop and execute SQL queries to extract, analyse, and manipulate data for reporting and decision-making.
Support SAP ERP projects by identifying and mapping business processes, ensuring alignment with system capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business needs and provide BPM solutions.
Implement and monitor KPIs to measure the success of process improvements.
Work with stakeholders to drive business process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Document current and future state processes, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
Provide training and support to teams on BPM tools and methodologies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BPM, process mining, and ERP solutions.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in BSc Informatics, BEng Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Mining, or related roles.
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP systems and their business process frameworks.
Knowledge of process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, or similar) is highly desirable.
Experience in data analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with business process automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflow automation).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Certification in SAP, BPM, or Process Mining tools.
Experience with machine learning and AI-driven process optimisation.
Knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
Understanding of cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
