Business Partner/Strategic FP & A Manager
One year contract position to infuse greater rigour into the business and drive performance through gaining a greater understanding of the business and their needs, and meeting these needs. To support the business through finance business partnering, and contribute to commercial negotiations, strategy development and decision making across the whole business.
Responsibilities
Translating data into strategic insights.
Manage and drive cost reduction/control across the entire business (groupwide).
Develop and maintain cost model to aid in cost allocations across the various Business units (Product and Customer).
Provide accurate and timeous financial data by developing and standardising templates/presentations/reports for Products and Customers.
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and speed of which data is made available to enhance decision making.
Improve the budgeting and strategic planning process by developing and standardising templates and/or creating platforms for integration/centralisation of Group data.
Monitor and ensure successful execution of approved strategy and initiatives.
Support Sales and Marketing teams with report preparation, coordination of reporting, and drive data analysis and generate insights.
Drive AI transformation.
