Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Small Business Loan Consultant to assist

entrepreneurs and small business owners in securing financing solutions tailored to their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products, lending criteria, and

risk assessment, combined with excellent customer service skills to guide clients through the

loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assess small business owners’ financing needs and recommend suitable loan products.

 Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all required documentation

is completed accurately.

 Analyze bank statements, credit reports, and business plans to determine loan

eligibility.

 Educate clients on loan terms, repayment structures, interest rates, and alternative

financing options.

 Maintain relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.

 Stay updated on market trends, lending regulations, and financial products.

 Work closely with internal teams to streamline loan approval processes.

 Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and lending guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Credit Management, Finance, or Accounting.

 Experience in financial consulting, lending, banking, or a related field.

 Strong understanding of loan underwriting, credit analysis, and risk assessment.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

 Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
