Overview
Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate loan applications for completeness
Assess creditworthiness using credit scorecards
Analyze financial statements and SARS documentation
Engage with clients throughout loan origination
Collaborate with teams for loan quotes and proposals
Determine loan pricing, terms, and repayment
Provide quick and effective customer service
Contribute to monthly business targets
Manage loan pipeline and post-close diligence
Obtain and file financial information
Collaborate with credit committee
Improve lending processes
Operate in compliance with laws and guidelines
Requirements:
NQF Level 7 – Degree in accounting, business studies, or similar
5 years in loan origination/administration
Familiarity with loan administration, banking software
Financial/accounting skills, interpret financial data
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Deadline-driven and strong in Excel
Benefits:
Salary: R300K/yr – R420K/yr, salary negotiable
