We are looking for an Independent Thinker—not a processor. In this role, you will be the strategic right-hand to business leaders across South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria. You won’t just close the books; you will open the conversation on how to drive performance, optimize cash flow, and improve our financial position.

The Mission
You will lead the advanced planning, reporting, and analysis process for a high-growth region. From Revenue planning (Monthly Estimates, LRP, Budgets) to Gross-to-Net initiatives, you will own the narrative between financial data and commercial action.
What you will own:
- Decision Support: Present clear financial performance dashboards to leaders—highlighting risks, opportunities, and the specific actions we need to take.
- The Full P&L Cycle: Lead operating plans, forecasts, and month-end deliverables for Net Revenue, COS, OPEX, and Receivables.
- Cash & Inventory: Partner with operations to optimize stock levels (expiry/obsolescence) and drive accounts receivable performance with Order-to-Cash teams.
- Regional Projects: Lead SSA-specific projects and represent the region in Middle East, Russia, and Africa enterprise initiatives.
Essential requirements
- Qualification: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Management Accounting or Business Finance (Pharma or Manufacturing is a strong plus).
- The "Autonomy" Muscle: You do not wait for instructions. You see a data gap, you fill it. You see a risk, you flag it.
- Regional Acumen: Experience or strong interest in the commercial dynamics of South Africa, Kenya, and Nigeria.
- Professional qualification (CIMA, CA(SA), CPA, ACCA)
- 1-2 years post-qualification experience
Reports to the Finance Director and is responsible for South Africa, Kenya and Nigeria.
Salary offered: R90K Basic + R13K Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Vehicle Insurance + Medical Aid + Provident Fund + 13th Cheque + Performance Bonus
