Recruitment Revenue is searching for a Business Development Specialist to join a high-performing, ambitious, and growth-focused team!

OTE: R150,000 – R320,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + uncapped commission

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years of appointment setting and cold calling experience with proven
  • Experience with either Close or Aircall CRM is a plus, but not essential
  • Strong active listening skills with the ability to quickly understand prospect needs
  • Comfortable qualifying leads and opportunities to maintain a high-quality pipeline
  • Builds rapport easily with teammates and clients, both over the phone and in person
  • Demonstrates leadership potential and a desire to take on more responsibility
  • Fluent spoken English is essential
  • MUST be able to navigate any given script and be able to work with multiple scripts

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new sales opportunities through phone outreach, social selling, and personalised email campaigns
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently working towards and hitting sales targets
  • Maintain high-quality CRM data by accurately logging all prospect interactions
  • Qualify leads using agreed criteria to ensure only strong opportunities are passed to clients
  • Bring a positive, self-starting mindset and contribute to a supportive, high-performance team culture
  • Represent Recruitment Revenue and our clients professionally across all written and verbal communication
  • Stay organised to ensure prospect data and activity are accurate and up to date
  • Produce clear, accurate reports for all booked meetings and opportunities
  • Actively engage in team incentives, competitions, and culture-building initiatives
  • Book 8 meetings a month minimum (Non negotiable)
