Location: Gauteng South (East Rand
& Mpumalanga)
Purpose: To promote KWV brands and products within a specific geographic area by visiting On-Trade outlets as per a contracted call cycle to increase visibility and promote KWV brands with the aim of driving increased sales.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12, a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous
- At least 2 years relevant experience in FMCG
- Experience in the Liquor industry will be advantageous
- Computer literate on an advanced level
- Must have a valid driver’s license without endorsements and have own vehicle
Skills Required:
- Strong sales skills and experience
- Sound communication skills and the ability to read, write and communicate in English
- Strong negotiating, relationship building and networking skills
- Must have a passion for interacting with customers and a passion for customer service
- Must be self-motivated, innovative and self-driven
Job Summary:
- Visit customers as per a fix contracted call cycle on time and in full
- Develop and manage sound customer relationships
- Negotiate listings and promotions with customers
- Drive distribution i.e. availability across the data-base you call in.
- Handle customer and consumer complaints and queries
- Implementation of the KWV way of selling
- Ensure the implementation of the Sales Drivers
- Educate consumers regarding KWV brands
- Implement cycle and promotions, merchandising point of sale material in outlets
- Manage sales administration requirements i.e. prepare and submit weekly feedback and monthly reports
