The Story
Weeva builds AI-powered automation solutions for businesses that want their operations to run faster and cleaner. Our purchase order automation platform is one of those products, and we're looking for someone to take it to market.
This is a hunting role for a natural born hustler. You'll go out and find new business, open doors with the right people and build pipeline from the ground up, selling our PO platform to a well-defined set of target clients. Where you can carry a deal through to close, you'll be well rewarded for it. We give you the tools, the marketing collateral and the support to do the job properly. The rest is down to you.
It suits someone who works well on their own, moves quickly, and enjoys the pace of an early-stage business.
What you'll do
- Prospect and run outbound to our ideal client profile, building pipeline from the ground up
- Open doors, book meetings and move opportunities forward
- Carry deals through to close where you can, the commission rewards those who do
- Work autonomously against clear KPIs, making full use of the tools and collateral we provide
What we're looking for
- A genuine self-starter with the drive to go out and create opportunities
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Technically savvy and very comfortable working with AI tools
- 1+ years of B2B software sales experience (3+ advantageous)
- Bachelors degree required
- Own transport required
- Johannesburg or Cape Town based
