About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be a key player in driving our growth and establishing our position as a leader in the outsourcing industry. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to identify new business opportunities, forge strong relationships with clients, and expand our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging market opportunities to inform strategies.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Collaborative Growth: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies, refine messaging, and ensure client satisfaction.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive growth and profitability.
Represent the Brand: Act as a company ambassador at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the outsourcing or B2B SaaS industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
Ability to identify and pursue opportunities that align with company goals.
Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building genuine connections with clients and partners.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.
