Duties & Responsibilities

New Business Development

Oversee daily operations and new business development.

Maintain high-quality standards in line with site-specific SLAs.

Manage client relations, perform inspections, and support site management.

Prospect for potential new clients and convert leads into business.

Cold call within your market area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

Meet potential clients and leverage your network.

Identify decision-makers within client organizations.

Research and build relationships with new clients.

Attend industry functions and provide feedback on market trends.

Present to mid and senior-level management on business trends.

Identify opportunities for campaigns and distribution channels to increase sales.

Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data accuracy.

Forecastsales targetsand ensure they are met.

Work with marketing staff to fulfill prerequisites for vendor lists.

Client Retention

Present new products and services to enhance existing relationships.

Collaborate with technical staff to meet customer needs.

Participate in client debriefs.

Skills and Competencies

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience.

Valid driver’s license.

At least 6 years of product development experience in a management role.

Experience with current technologies and products in the industry.
