We’re looking for a commercially minded, confident and driven individual to join an established recruitment business.
You don’t need to come from recruitment.
We’re particularly interested in people with a strong sales, business development, account management or client-facing background who enjoy building relationships, working towards targets and creating new opportunities.
You’ll suit this opportunity if you:
- Have experience in sales, business development, account management or another client-facing role
- Are confident picking up the phone and approaching new people
- Enjoy meeting clients face-to-face and building relationships
- Are comfortable working towards targets
- Are resilient and don’t get discouraged by a “no”
- Can confidently hold a professional conversation with senior stakeholders
- Are competitive, ambitious and naturally proactive
- Have strong communication and basic computer skills
- Want to develop a career that combines sales, relationship management and recruitment
This is a full 360° recruitment role, giving you exposure to business development, client management, candidate sourcing, interviewing and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
You’ll be taught how to source and identify great candidates – we’re looking for someone who already brings the confidence, energy, resilience and business development mindset.
