Are you a confident and experienced B2B sales professional with a deep understanding of the UK or US markets?
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Business Development Manager to join our fully remote team in South Africa. This role offers a strong base salary and exceptional commission potential, with the opportunity to engage senior-level decision-makers across the UK and US.
You’ll be responsible for generating and closing new business opportunities by positioning a high-value, well-differentiated service in a consultative and credible manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, engage, and qualify new business leads in the UK and/or US through proactive outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
Build strong rapport with potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning our service as a valuable solution.
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close, independently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of activity, pipeline progress, and client communications in our CRM system.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Work closely with internal teams to share market feedback and refine sales strategy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally working with UK and/or US clients.
Excellent spoken and written English, with a clear, persuasive communication style.
Strong grasp of UK/US business expectations and cultural norms.
High level of reliability, professionalism, and self-discipline – especially in a remote work setting.
Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Resilient, proactive, and target-driven, with a consistent record of hitting sales goals.
