Business Development:
Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the South African market. This includes market research, networking, and leveraging industry events to generate high-quality leads. We’re looking for the Sherlock Holmes of sales.
Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, prioritizing opportunities and effectively managing the sales process.
Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Negotiate contracts to secure profitable business.
Client Implementation:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of new clients, focusing on deliveringexceptional service.
Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
CRM Management:
Utilize CRM systems to track sales activities, maintain client relationships, and generate insightful reports.
Sales Performance:
Consistently exceedsales targetsand contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Your
Qualifications:
Matric certificate
Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the airfreight industry
Proven track recordof business development within a multinational logistics company
Relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) preferred
Strong work ethicand willingness to travel
Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills
Strong business acumen and aresults-orientedmindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in adiverse team environment
Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
