We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence both in South Africa and the UK. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business development strategies and have gained experience within the hospitality software industry.
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Utilise Fresh Sales for tracking leads, managing client interactions, and reporting on
sales performance.
Attend networking events and industry conferences to represent the company.
Skills
Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the
hospitality industry.
Proficiency in using CRM software for managing client relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage
effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset for identifying growth opportunities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Highly organised with strong time management skills, capable of managing multiple
projects simultaneously.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
