We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive acquisitions, establish and collaborate with company brands, build strategic partnerships, and negotiate high-value deals. Working closely with our CEO, local partners, and associates, you will play a key role in scaling our operations through organic growth and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:
Identifying and executing growth opportunities, including acquisitions.
Establishing various company brands in new and existing markets.
Building and managing strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, stakeholders and multiple businesses.
Leading negotiations to secure profitable deals.
Research on new opportunities that align with company targets.
Recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment, business development, or acquisitions.
A strong interest in the Healthcare Industry.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
High energy, common sense, and a proactive attitude.
Salary range:
R18,000 – R30,000 CTC
