5 years working experience as a sales representative in a service industry of which at least last 3 consecutive years were in the clearing and forwarding industry
Must have strong BDM and Sales experience within the Freight and Logistics industry / “High Rollers”

Qualifications:
Matric
1-year Sales and Marketing related qualification at an NQF level 5

Key Responsibilities:
Acquire New Business for both Air and Sea
Facilitate processing of credit application
Implementation (New and existing client)
Record client information
Report on Sales Activities
Cost freight movements and prepare service estimates
Comply with the requirements of the quality management system
Attributes:
Customer service orientation – Able to manage a demanding customer environment
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Dynamic self-starter that is able to work independently
Ability to manage pressure
Communicate well within the team and contribute to the overall success of the team
