DesignRush.com is a B2B Media Platform that drives brand discovery & growth, is seeking a Business Development Manager. The site generates over 600,000 high‑intent B2B visitors monthly seeking growth insights, tools, and partners.

The Business Development Manager’s tasks is to:

  • Generate targeted leads
  • Show value to prospects, such as how they can increase their brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation by being featured on the DesignRush platform.
  • Sell media and exposure packages
  • Retain and upsell relationships

This position offers a base salary and monthly bonuses. This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position.

As our clients are US-based, this position requires candidates who work up until 5 pm EST.

DesignRush is seeking to make IMMEDIATE hires.

Goals for this Position:

  • Grow revenue by selling brand exposure and media packages
  • Nurture and manage relationships with brand clients.
  • Educate prospects on how DesignRush drives awareness, authority and leads
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full Brand sales cycle: prospecting, closing, relationship management
  • Sell contributor columns, PR campaigns, newsletters, podcast features, digital PR and social media exposure packages
  • Identify and approach qualified brand decision-makers
  • Build trusted partnerships with key clients, increasing retention and revenue over time
  • Maintain pipeline activity in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and Sales Ops team

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development and outbound sales to the digital sector
  • Experience selling marketing or visibility solutions preferred
  • Proven ability to sell and grow a client base
  • Proactive, analytical, tech-savvy, and has a growth mindset
  • Must have exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Has a strong drive to help customers and enhance their experience
  • Experienced in working within cross-functional teams and is a true team player
  • Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in CRMs (HubSpot)
  • Must have a reliable computer and stable internet connection.
  • Able to work EST hours.
