Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion Identify and evaluate opportunities in Francophone African countries, analyzing economic indicators, demographics, and competition. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring proper hiring, training, and local market readiness. Stakeholder Engagement Establish and maintain relationships with banks, enterprises, regulators, and other key partners. Submit & ensure
regulatory compliance
readiness in the markets we are opening. Â Negotiate terms and agreements that align with Jabu’s objectives.
Financial Modeling
& Analysis Build and interpret financial models to inform strategic decisions, assess profitability, and forecast investment requirements. Present findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders. Project
Leadership
Oversee
cross-functional teams
, coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth market entry and operations. Track performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet targets. Travel & Representation Represent Jabu at stakeholder meetings, and regulatory discussions across Africa.
