Henis Group is a rapidly growing U.S. recruiting and staffing firm specializing in manufacturing. We're expanding our staffing division and are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help build long term staffing partnerships with manufacturers across the United States.

This is a true hunter role. You'll own the complete sales process from identifying target accounts to signing new clients before transitioning them to our recruiting and account management team.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and research target manufacturing companies
  • Build prospect lists using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other sales tools
  • Prospect through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
  • Run discovery meetings with business owners and manufacturing leaders
  • Win new staffing partnerships while also identifying direct hire opportunities
  • Send service agreements and transition new clients to our recruiting team
  • Consistently build and manage your sales pipeline

This is not only an appointment setting role. You'll own the entire business development process from prospecting through signed agreement.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Fully-Cycle B2B sales experience
  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience selling into U.S. markets or working for a U.S. company
  • Comfortable speaking with executives over the phone and on video
  • Self motivated, competitive, and accountable
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, SaaS, logistics, industrial services, or another B2B service industry is a plus

Compensation

  • $40,000 to $45,000 USD base salary
  • Uncapped commission
  • Expected first-year earnings of $65,000 to $85,000+ USD

Commission Plan

  • Direct Hire: 10% of gross profit on all collected placements
  • Contract Staffing: 10% of gross profit during the first two years of each client relationship, followed by 5% during Year 3

Our primary focus is building long term staffing partnerships, creating recurring revenue and recurring commissions over time.
