We’re looking for a Business Development Coordinator who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and creating new opportunities. In this role, you’ll connect with physicians, specialists, and medical practices to grow our referral network and help more patients receive the care they need.

What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to physicians, specialists, pediatricians, and medical practices.
- Build relationships with healthcare providers and referral partners.
- Introduce our services and generate new referral opportunities.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain ongoing communication.
- Keep CRM records organized and up to date.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth referral process.
- Support additional business development activities as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in business development, sales, customer service, recruiting, appointment setting, or high-volume outbound calling.
- Healthcare, medical office, or provider outreach experience is a plus—but not required.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with professionals over the phone.
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Experience using a CRM is preferred.
