Key Responsibilities
Engage with a curated portfolio of target clients in the aviation and cybersecurity industries to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for senior leaders.
Utilise communication tools and CRM systems to manage leads, track outreach, and gather actionable market intelligence.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Continuously enrich the CRM with accurate contact data, company insights, and opportunity notes.
Contribute to the firm’s growth by executing strategic outreach campaigns and consistent follow-up initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
3–5 years of business development or 360 recruitment experience.
UK work experience
Demonstrated success in generating new business and achieving revenue or performance targets.
Strong familiarity with the aviation and/or cybersecurity sectors.
Proficiency in Linked In Recruiter and CRM platforms.
Exceptional communication skills, with resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Experience working cross-culturally or in global teams is an advantage.
