Job Description:

The Business Development Consultant is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities,building relationshipswith potential clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires a proactive andresults-drivenindividual with a deep understanding of the IT industry and a passion for skills development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights to develop effective business strategies.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience:

Proven track recordof success in sales achieved with a minimum of 5 years experience

Strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and industry trends

Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Strategic thinker with analytical andproblem-solvingabilities

Results-orientedwith a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in afast-paced environment

Education:

Diploma in Marketing or related field

Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales and revenue generation

Identify and research potential business opportunities through market analysis, client referrals, and networking

Present and promote our full scope of training offerings to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and calls

Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions

Conduct presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new business opportunities

Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution

Collaborate with marketing and product development to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify newopportunities for growth

Work closely with the skills development and HR teams to ensure a thorough understanding of client requirements

Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales materials and campaigns

Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on sales activities and achievements

Prepare regular reports and analysis on business development activities, including pipeline management and performance metrics

Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to promotebrand awarenessand generate leads

Continuously seek ways to improve processes and optimize business development efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Identify strategic partners, stakeholders, and new revenue streams to achieve the annual budget
