Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development and Recruitment Consultant located in Durban Hillcrest.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
·        Generating leads and acquiring new business for organization
·        Meeting and exceeding sales targets
·        Negotiating with clients to secure business deals
·        Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates
·        Occasionally visiting prospective clients to foster relationships
·        Preparing weekly and monthly sales and progress reports
Requirements:
·        Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transport
Critical Skills:
·        Effective communication skills (both written and verbally in English)
·        Strong planning, organizing, and coordinating abilities
·        Excellent time management and punctuality
·        Strong interpersonal skills
·        Prioritizes delivering exceptional customer experience
