Your role
Lead, develop and ensure control of the finance function in ITBA division and implement business control tools, process and key metrics to secure the administration process and performance in line with business needs and compliance.
Continuous improvement of the finance process through automation, AI and other tools available and approved by division.
Continuously drive the analysis and improvement activities of the working capital structure.
Financial reporting, accounting, cost centre matters, compliance to tax policy/regulation together with Statutory Audits are in accordance with FAM and local statutory accounting practice in cooperation with the local accounting teams.
Work closely with all relevant functions within division, local suppliers and to expend guidance and support to members of the executive team.
Ensuring the accurate application of the principles and guidelines of “The Way We Do Things”.
To closely follow up on business results versus trends and analyse and report on deviations from plan.
To ensure an efficient and professional credit control and collections procedure is in place, is communicated and is well understood within the Company.
Perform other duties as assigned.
To succeed, you will need
A four-year Bachelor’s degree from a University in Accounting or Finance.
CA is an advantage.
Valid driver’s license.
Solid working experience in Business Control/Financial Management.
Experience in team management.
Analytical approach to problem solving and risk management.
Business oriented and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Working with quality, accuracy and deadlines.
Familiar with Group accounting principles, IFRS and local statutory rules.
Advanced knowledge in IT packages for reporting such as MS Office, SAP, CRM and other reporting systems.
Interest to achieve efficiency improvements through new systems and procedures.
Experience of Business Intelligence systems is an advantage.
Exceptional communication skills with a proactive, transparent, and open approach.
Able to identify areas for improvement and offer solutions to optimize processes.
Good organizational, planning and following-up skills.
Dynamic, results orientated, energetic personality, with strong analytical skills.
Must be able to understand big picture thinking.
Team player.
Strong customer and quality focus, with the ability to keep commitments, seek feedback and continuously drive customer satisfaction.
Leadership skills to coach others in business finance, control and risk management.
