Job Description The Business Analyst is responsible for eliciting and validating business requirements with stakeholders, analyzing and translating these requirements into requirement packages from which application solutions are developed.
The role involves defining business needs for new or enhanced products, services, or optimized processes.

Key Responsibilities Participate in project conceptualization, design, and planning.
Develop and monitor budgets aligned with operational plans.
Build collaborative relationships within FNB and across the FRG.Assess performance, seek feedback, and pursue training opportunities.
Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership.
Apply innovative solutions for organizational improvements.
Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile Relevant Degree : BSc Information Systems, BSc Engineering, BCom Information Systems, Computer Science, IT, Business Analysis, BBusSc, or related.
Experience : 3-5 years in a similar environment, with 1-2 years as a Business Analyst II.Knowledge :
Solution viability assessment, business case development, data analysis, financial data, banking systems.
Skills :
Proficiency in Excel, Access, Visio, Firstmap; experience in complex project documentation and implementation; beneficial experience in finance and data systems automation.
