Our company is looking for an individual to embarking on our most ambitious modernization journey yet. We are transforming our Servicing and Claims environments by replacing legacy systems with a world-class Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) ecosystem.

This isn't just a technology rollout; it’s a product-led transformation. We are simplifying over a century of business logic and implementing intelligent automation to empower more than 1,000 users. As a Business Analyst on this project, you won't just be documenting requirements—you’ll be a primary architect of how the company serves its clients for generations to come.

We are looking for a high-functioning Pure BA focused on Business Change. While our destination is D365, your primary value lies in your ability to navigate the complexity of our current legacy system, Sentex, and translate those needs into a modern, automated servicing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Re-engineering: Analyze and map "As-Is" processes within the Sentex legacy environment and design streamlined "To-Be" workflows that prioritize automation and user experience.
  • Requirement Orchestration: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across Servicing and Claims to elicit high-level functional requirements.
  • Business Change Management: Act as the bridge between business operations and technical teams, ensuring the transition from legacy to modern stacks is seamless for our 1,000+ users.
  • Domain Alignment: Ensure that the new servicing product aligns with modern Contact Center best practices and world-class customer experience standards.
  • Documentation: Create high-quality business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and user stories that allow developers to build modular, future-proof components.

Requirements:

  • Pure BA Expertise: A minimum of 5–8 years of experience in a dedicated Business Analyst role focusing on large-scale business change and process optimization.
  • Degree and National diploma Information technology
  • Domain Knowledge: Solid experience in Contact Center environments and Servicing/Claims workflows (Insurance or Financial Services experience is highly advantageous).
  • Legacy-to-Cloud Experience: Proven track record of working with high-friction legacy systems (specific experience with Sentex is a massive plus).
  • Modernization Mindset: Ability to simplify complex, dated processes rather than just "moving them" to a new system.
  • Tech Savvy: While D365 configuration skills are not required, an understanding of CRM capabilities and cloud-based architecture is expected.
