🚀 Now Hiring: Junior Business Functional Analyst
📍 Location: Onsite-Vancouver, BC
🕒 Duration: 6-months contract-to-permanent—(40 hours/week)
We’re looking for a Junior Business Functional Analyst to join a growing finance systems team during a critical ERP rollout and stabilization phase. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys collaborating with business stakeholders—not just working on the technical side.
You’ll play a hands-on role supporting a finance platform (ERP), troubleshooting issues, documenting processes, and helping ensure a smooth go-live and post-launch experience.
🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Act as a go-to support resource for finance system issues and user requests
- Investigate bugs, identify workarounds, and document solutions clearly
- Partner with finance and business teams to gather requirements and improve processes
- Support system administration and ongoing maintenance of financial tools
- Assist with testing (UAT), process documentation, and change management activities
- Help ensure new processes are stable, scalable, and well-documented
- Contribute to business cases and future system enhancements
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Experience supporting financial systems or ERP platforms (any system is fine)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable troubleshooting issues and working through ambiguity
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through skills
- Understanding of finance processes and internal controls is an asset
- Experience with system administration or support is a plus
🌟 Nice to Have:
- Exposure to ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
- Experience with testing, process mapping, or change management
