Job Description
To review, evaluate, and analyze user needs to document system requirements and create system specifications that drive system development and the implementation of overall business objectives.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst at FNB, you will be responsible for assessing business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating project implementations within a digital banking environment. You will work with diverse teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance customer and employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business processes to improve efficiencies and customer experience.
Coordinate the implementation of prioritized projects.
Identify automation opportunities and facilitate their implementation.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships across teams.
Ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements.
Develop reports to track progress and support decision-making.
Enhance service delivery processes to meet or exceed expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
