Our esteemed client in Pretoria is seeking a skilled Business Analyst for a 12-month hybrid position. In this pivotal role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and optimising processes within the Wealth Platform Operations and Oversight function. This includes key areas such as Fund Administration, Personal Share Portfolios, Trade Desk Support, and vendor relationship management.
Experience and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of workflow systems such as Agile Point is advantageous.
Process Design experience essential.
Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in a business analysis role within the financial services industry.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders to understand and optimise business processes.
Experience in an Agile software development environment.
Proven ability to simplify complex processes and develop lasting solutions.
Proficiency in business process mapping tools such as Visio, Blueprint, Bizagi, or similar.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
Relevant experience in Investment Operations is advantageous.
Experience with Power
BI or similar data visualization tools.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing the development and testing of new systems, processes, or enhancements to existing systems.
Supporting the deployment of new processes and systems, including user training and change management activities.
Designing and implementing automated workflow solutions.
